Yes. Atomica accepts STL, PLY, OBJ, and DICOM from any major intraoral scanner or CBCT — 3Shape, iTero, Medit, Carestream, Planmeca, and others. No format lock-in.

Yes. Atomica is FDA cleared (Class II) and CE marked under MDR for the workflows it supports, including implant planning, surgical guide design, and restorative design.
You own your data. Cases are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in HIPAA-eligible infrastructure, and never used to train models without explicit consent. Full DPAs and BAAs are available on request.
No — the software works with any scanner. The S400 is the best-integrated experience, but it's optional. Many practices start with the software on their existing hardware and add the scanner later.
